He has retained the same sense of community and integrity, but bringing the shop into the 21st century. They are Leica's official distributors, and have all sorts of dark room products and all that is coveted by film photography buffs. Jeff does beautiful restoration work on old photographs. His craftsmanship is simply amazing. He also works with each client to customize digital files in order to develop the most beautiful color corrected prints. His knowledge of his Epson printers is amazing and he is very customer service oriented. I also love all the events and activities that the store fosters. This is what camera stores used to be like and it's a miracle that this young man has seen the value in the shop and has decided to continue its legacy for future generations.

The owner / manager needs to keep his equipment up. I sent about 45 dollars in time-sensitive faxes over a two week period and none were received. Come to find out, the fax machine wasn't working- for weeks. Yet, the machine said it was sending... Computer has been down on and off and their email to send documents for printing was 'locked' for weeks. Luckily, most of these issues have been fixed, and I know for the most part the staff had no control over those issues. While I like the staff and cheap copies, I would only go to this location for shipping or making copies.
