SCAM! Please do not hire this company--total scam. I needed help drafting plans for an extension to…read moremy house, and they reached out after I posted on Home Advisor. An "architect" came to my house to measure the dimensions, and they then sent me an invoice and paperwork to fill out for the city. I paid them a third of the price (similar story to the other reviews on here) as a deposit. Everything seemed above board until this point, but then things got strange. My point of contact then "no longer works at the firm", so the architect emailed me and said he would check in with the city on the planning hearing we were supposed to have. I then heard nothing for a few weeks so I checked in. I heard nothing. After leaving several voicemails and emails, it's clear I'm not ever going to hear a response from them. This company is scamming people DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
