We have used Blueline a couple of time now, dental appointments for my elderly mother. This morning however was a little bit of a shocker for my wife and I, when the driver had me push her wheelchair into the van and I locked the wheelchair breaks, no belts or tethers were used to hold the wheelchair secure. I doubt we will use them again if needed. This was very upsetting for my wife as she was the person that rode in the van with my mother and she hung onto Mom, the driver asked if the wheelchair was locked, yes it was, but the driver was rushing, she drove out the entrance. The driver for the return trip back to the nursing home, pushed Mom to the van, used 2 tethers and front belts. He was very pleasant. read more

Blue Line Taxi, Winnipeg, caused us to be an hour late. We eventually cancelled the booking and rebooked with Unicity Taxi, who provided an excellent service. Blue Line does not deserve even one star. read more

If it's possible to give a -10 stars I would. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just called your dispatch number 204-925-8880 at 7:38am today.  I have have a scheduled appintment at 7am and was asking if a driver was dispatched or not. I was told that it had been moved by the night dispatcher at 9am due to non driver availability. When I asked why I was not advised of the change the response was "I don't know." When I asked what is your protocol when you change dispatched schedule she did not give an answer. I asked for her name and kept disregarding my questikn and dropped the call. read more

I was not a passenger but another person driving a personal transport. Blue Taxi body number 859 blew his horn on me while on an intersection which, was unclear and there was a big semi coming!! Driver was telling me to move forward! I didn't get myself intimidated bythis huge bearded guy. After crossing the intersection, he over took my car -- on a small street Hudson St in Fort Garry, where small school children cross, and there is a nearby park. 0 Star if there is a 0 option read more

Dennis was really kind to my wife and I he made my wife laugh, he helped with getting our luggage to his van and to in our hotel. We would definitely ask for him again. The drive was very nice. read more

Worst drivers ever. I've seen two drivers on the road before and I never want to drive near them. One driver today, bus 95, was in the right lane going westbound at gateway and chief peguis stopped. Then crossed in front of all the traffic to the turn lane to go south on Gateway obstructing traffic. I hope no one was on the bus as that would be scary. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. We called 2 days in advance to make sure my double amputee husband would have a ride to an event. One the day and the exact time the pickup was supposed to happen we got a phone call from a from a different company telling us that they didn't have any handi vans available and that we would not be receiving a ride!! They didn't even have the nerve to call us themselves!! They had their sister company do it! I tried calling them and it goes straight to voicemail! If you can't make a pickup then why take the booking and say that you can? How are you even still in business and how can you call yourselves a handicap accessible company when you won't serve the disabled? Shame on all of you!!! read more
