Dr Block is absolutely fantastic but the older lady Liz that sits at the reception needs a class on customer service. She has been so rude every time I have went to my appointments. Never smiles, very short and just plain RUDE! I mean really, how hard is it to smile and be pleasant? She is representing the Dr's office and needs to learn how to present the office in a positive way. Love Dr. Block but she can go elsewhere. read more

I had to give him at least one star. Dr block is not a caring dr at all he will pawn you off to someone else if he doesn't know what he did wrong with his own surgery. He will NOT help you with your pain at all!!! He will leave you in pain!!! I have been in pain since he did my surgery back in October of 2021!!! He doesn't care!!! Getting my records and going to someone else so they can figure out just what he did to me. Now that's sad!!! read more
