I paid Blue Whale a lot of money to redesign my website. They took many months to come up with nothing. They were absolutely terrible and deliberately provided me the documents in a form which meant it was impossible to put the 'new' website on my hosting site without having to pay them an ADDITIONAL £594. They were just AWFUL. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. I foolishly did not read the reviews before I was taken in by them. There are MANY people having the same experience as I had. This Company was a nightmare from the very beggining They took £850. off us to build a website and we ended up with nothing at the end they just kept wanting more money and it took them over 5 months to build it when we asked for the files so that we could host it somewhere else they corrupted them so we couldn't download them. now we have nothing to show for our money.
