Best water store in the high desert. You can tell by the taste of the water when drinking it. It's obvious the owner changes water filters when it's required. Glad we finally found a water store that serves quality water. read more

My wife and daughter in line waiting to get their five 5 gallon water bottles filled. They watched as the man who was the owner removed the empty bottles from the carts and take the caps off, fill them up, put the lids back on, and lift the heavy 5 gallon water bottles back on the carts for hispanic men. My daughter who looks like a white woman, but is 75% Hispanic and my wife who is Columbian/Guatemalan but is fair skin we're told to take the lids off and put the empty containers on the fill station. After he filled them he walked behind the counter and told them to put the lids on and put the heavy bottles back on the cart. He clearly does not believe in chivalry and seems that he only helps his own kind. I will say it. He is a RACIST. I hate that word but I had to used it to describe him. He did not help a woman lift heavy objects. Also to top it off my wife took the cart back to his shop and he didn't even say thank you. I told her she should have spoken to him in Spanish to make him feel bad or left his cart in the parking lot. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Very disappointed in the service we received today. There were two customers ahead of us (hispanic and male) so not sure of the owners motives were sexist or racist because though we are hispanic we are light skinned. But the first young man had his 6 water bottles loaded for him which surprised me because I usually have to load them myself but I though maybe the owner was stepping up his service. The second customer and older man he graciously took the water bottle from him and took the lid off and proceeded to fill it. When we came up the owner just pointed to counter and said to take off the lids. Then when he was done filling them he stepped behind his register and told us to put the lids on and load the cart ourselves. So he favors men and loads for them or favors darker hispanic and loads for them? Either way it was clearly rude and he didn't care. To run a good business and respect others you treat everyone equally. read more

This place has got alkaline water and will be returning pretty soon just wish it was cheaper it's 2 bucks a gallon but for all it does its pretty worth it read more
