This place is gorgeous on the inside, my food came out fast and hot. My waitress wasn't the best took her like 45 minutes to come back to the table to ask if we need anything- I ordered a spicy dish- so I needed water, and was waving my arms across the restaurant for 30 minutes to finally get a water. Besides her it was amazing, the man who brought our food out explained everything that was on the plate witch I thought was very great! A little pricey but food was amazing! I love korean food and I was so happy to finally have a local unique spot that actually had good food. My teenage son said he thinks it's his new favorite restauraunt. The only thing I would change is that I would like to have seen some Asian ambiance with the decor rather than a modern kitchen look but I would definitely recommend! read more

I enjoyed an excellent meal here with my family. We thought the service was attentive and very friendly, and the decor was modern, yet warm. The tables were a bit close together for social distancing and no one, including the staff, were wearing masks. We started with the KFC appetizer which was very tasty. I've had this at other Korean restaurants and this was on par, but these were boneless, which made them easy to enjoy. We also liked the very crispy shrimp and beef dumplings; the fillings were very flavorful. For dinner, all entrees were very large and we probably should have shared. I had beef and pork bao, which was a generous serving of four. The meat fillings were crispy and complemented by the refreshing vegetables. The others enjoyed their charred pork bang sang set, curry seafood with udon, and chicken katsu. We were much too full for dessert- we will be sure to save room next time we visit. My only criticisms would be two small service issues that are common in most restaurants. First, dishes should not be cleared until everyone at the table has completed the course. I understand that this is interest of being attentive, but it is disruptive to the diners who have not finished. Second, utensils that are resting on the plate should be taken and replaced, not returned to the table by the bus person. All in all, we will definitely come back when we are in the area. read more

Got the volcano kimchi fried rice, the charred pork over rice, bulgogi over rice and everything tasted authentic. Volcano rice was fun to watch when they prepared. Prices are very reasonable. Looked inviting from the outside and was just as inviting inside. We tried the dumplings and the tempura. Both delicious. I had the Bulgogi Ban-Sang Set and my daughter tried the Japchae Glass Noodle. The beef was tender and had a slightly sweet taste to it. I added my kimchi to to my rice and it was the perfect combo. This is a BYOB and reservations are suggested. The only draw back is the noise level. I found the noise from the other patrons to be quite loud. No one was doing anything out of the ordinary, the interior needs some sort of soundproofing. read more

Very nicely decorated, a hidden gem in Hardyston! The food was delicious, my girlfriend and I both got the Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice (we've been looking for good Kimchi fried rice since a trip we took to the city two years ago) and it was spectacular! The portion was also huge, in the future we'd probably split one order. The lemonade was also delicious and very cool with the color-changing. One possible improvement is to include Gluten-Free indicators on the menu as the appetizer we got (the chips and guac) turned out to be glutinous and my girlfriend is gluten-free. Found this restaurant through a rec on instagram a few months ago and so glad we did! First went opening weekend, service was super slow and our food was cold but still incredibly delicious, so we gave it another shot tonight and... amazing. It's BYOB which is always nice. The waitstaff was kind and attentive. The food came out quick and is genuinely so good. We're happy to make the drive from Warwick out here and plan to do so more often. I've been here twice so far and both times were takeout and the food was hot and so delicious. The Japanese cutlet, bimbimbap, Korean fried chicken and charred pork ban-sang set were all incredibly good. The latter being super spicy but I like that so I didn't mind. Unfortunately you can't get the kimchi fried rice to go but I hope to dine in soon to try that. Super impressed at how good the food is for take out so I can imagine how great it is in house. read more

After hearing so much hype about this new restaurant I had to try it. It was definitely a unique dining experience and the staff was extremely attentive and kind. Surprisingly, my favorite part of this experience were the drinks. We tried a few different beverages on the menu all nonalcoholic but extremely unique tasting and absolutely delicious as well as the Korean latte which was also fantastic. I ordered the buns and my friend ordered the pasta dish but the actual food include The wings appetizer were OK they didn't really hit the spot in the way that I expected and the flavor profile just wasn't there I think they need to step up the spices a little bit. We tried the dessert box which was definitely unique and all the presentations were beautiful but again the flavors just were missing the mark a little bit. I will go back again if not for anything but the drinks! I could see this place doing even better as a café. A lot of people were talking about this place being Thai, but it is Korean and it was definitely my first time trying Korean food so I look forward to trying other Korean restaurants in the future so I can compare. read more

Do not know where to begin with this review, this place is absolutely AMAZING! My wife wanted to come here for a pre-Mother's Day dinner. We took the 38 min drive (which was well worth it) & once we arrived, we went in. Due to it being before a holiday, and a Saturday night, it was busy. There are plenty of tables , but it is a small, cozy space. The waiter told us that they did not have a table available at the moment, but he offered us to wait if we wanted , and I gave him my number. We went out to wait in the car, and within 15 mins they gave us a call to come in. I want to add that instead of turning us away, that I have experienced at other restaurants, they offered us to wait and got back to us asap, I really appreciate that and they get 10/10 for that in my book. Now to the food, to drink I got an unsweetened hibiscus tea and my wife got the galaxy lemonade, definitely both a 10/10. Unsweetened hibiscus was smooth, with a great taste for a finish, same with the galaxy lemonade , very sweet, but a great taste. For appetizers, we got the Korean smoked duck and shrimp and vegetables tempura, also a 10/10. The duck had the great smoked flavored and it wasn't fatty at all either. The tempura was crunchy and very flavorful. For our main dish, my wife got the bulgogi steak which came with vegetables and white rice, the steak was cooked perfectly and the flavors were amazing. I got the galbi steak, which came with cheese corn and rice. The steak was cooked medium and was so soft and cut like butter. It was so flavorful and juicy, definitely the best steak I have had in a while. Both dinners were 10/10. For dessert we got the chocolate roll cake and a cappuccino. Once again a 10/10. The service was top notch, and the food was great, there is no better combination. We will be back. Highly recommend!!! read more
