Ms. Amy and her mom were very kind to my son through the years we have rented from Blue Sky. He LOVES this neighborhood, and it is just where he wanted to be for his junior and senior years at WVU. Ms. Amy went out of her way to help us on more than one occasion and we thank God for her friendliness, watchful eye without being intrusive, and strong instincts. As a mother herself, she understands this generation of students, and many of them consider her a personal friend. I recently sold my house and Alexis was the buyers agent. She was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I almost backed out of the deal because she was so rude to my realtor and I. She insulted both of us multiple times. She even postponed our closing date because she failed to check her email and send the bank the correct documents. She didn't even represent her buyers at the closing date lol. Thank God for my realtor bc she was there to give them the documents they needed that Alexis failed to send, AGAIN. SHOULD BE "0" STARS!!!! TERRIBLE AND FILTHY!!!! My daughter and her roommates paid rent through the summer with a promise that the house would be finished August 1st. They showed up with a bathroom with no toilet, a shower that didn't work, carpet that was torn up in the closets and not laid, subfloor that was on the brink of collapsing, a hole in the wall at the base of the floor to the outside, and filth behind an exposed furnace. We had to move out and find a new place in a day. They have returned money to only two of the four girls. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF TRUSTING COLLEGE STUDENTS!!! read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The management here is god awful. Aimee is completely unorganized and her boss Jamie is even worse. They ripped us off with our security deposit. They come off as nice and act like they want to work with you and be flexible but this is far from the case and they're out to scam young naive people. BE WARNED! read more

Wish I could give no stars. When my daughter moved in the place was ok, but the management representative was unresponsive when told about issues (ie. dishwasher broken for the whole year) and then we were charged $75 per girl (5 total) for cleaning out of our security deposit at the end of the year. Are you kidding? Two of us mothers went in on the very last day to SCRUB and clean everything we could before leaving, never to return. We found out later that the management company allowed people to stay (next years renters) there AFTER we vacated the property and they made a mess that WE had to pay for!! Are you kidding me? These are slum lords. The owner is the rudest and nastiest man I have ever encountered. The landlord will tell you one thing then do another. If you are okay with lies and being screamed at, then rent from them! The house was not ready for move in in May, not even August. They take forever to do anything you ask and do a half asked job at everything. Management is terrible and will not answer messages or help you regarding anything. Do not rent with them. read more

Worst experience in my life. The house my daughter lived in had black mold a deck that fell on a car, not enough parking for tenets.! Very unprofessional management team.! No billing statements month yet they randomly will not deposit rent checks received from auto pay on time then charges for late rent 1 day late with no communication. ZERO Stars for Blue Sky Realty in the East Boston area! We also moved into a terrible, messy environment. Mold, scum, trash EVERYWHERE! We had zero smoke detectors for almost a month and they made us pay rent! Evidently smoke detectors (following the LAW) is not important enough to get installed promptly Our apartment had so many malfunctions and our landlord is unresponsive. He marks our concerns on the portal as "complete" without following up. Pipes frozen??? Expect to get a "sorry in a meeting all day" text message and then no response to follow. Additionally sent maintenance without appropriate notice- Absolutely horrible. This is only the beginning. STEER CLEAR OF BLUE AKY REALTY landlords!!!! read more
