I have used Paiges services twice, and currently using again. When selling my last place, we decided to rent for a year; her service didn't stop there, she gave me the phone number of a rental agent to help me find a place. What always comes across, when meeting Paige, is her passion and joy for her chosen profession, and her competence and knowledge of the business. When dealing with Paige, one knows all the details ( good and bad) are taken care of and brought to the buyers attention. A privilege to work with someone that has your best interests at heart! Initially…read morewe were wanting to go down the foreclosure route and Paige was patient to walk us through each foreclosure we picked out; one unsuitable home after another, even guiding us through the court process to bid on a home. Her calm approach and encouragement throughout the process was reassuring. In the end, we we went a different route and didn't purchase a foreclosure. We finally settled into a fixer-upper in a great neighbourhood. We are delighted with our location and have been able to make the house a home to our recently enlarged family.

At that point it was just just name recognition and it was not until years later when we decided to move to Kelowna that we reached out to his team for their services. Admittedly, I came into things with a negative bias towards real estate agents, having dealt with some realtors that didn't serve much more than role of tour guide/ key holder/ open house attendant. Not the case here. The team at Vantage consistently delivered valuable insights and their professional advice on how to make a good investment In the market gave us confidence that we were making a well-informed decision. I'd recommend calling them first if you're looking to get a handle on the Local real estate market trends and their insights to make a good investment.
