For Winter Break we ventured to Blue Ridge what we didn't know was that it was Chili Cook-off weekend! It was a very large turnout and all the shops were bustling! We snuck in here to look for a snow globe for my daughter she always brings one back home from every place we travel to as a memento of the trip. We hadn't seen one anywhere else so we were sweating it lo and behold on one of the shelves stood the cutest mini snow globe complete with little black bears so stinking adorable and exactly what we were looking for! The shop has a myriad of items ranging from Knickknacks to apparel to toys. On a regular day you could spend a good amount of time in here just looking at all the items on both floors. I definitely recommend a visit here if you're in town! read more

I absolutely do not recommend for children - I went in today with my niece and nephew and was horrified by the amount of merchandise with vulgar language and/or drug references. It wasn't just one booth, but in nearly every booth or display there was something with the F word. I am by no means a prude, but think in a family-friendly town an establishment like this is a shame. read more

There are quite a few antique and souvenir shops on E Main Street in Blue Ridge, and it was honestly its front exterior that drew me to the inside. The layout is set up in stalls and some stalls are thematically organized based on inventory. Other stalls are just random vintage items that are for sale. Some common items are vintage tools, old books, vintage camping gear, and vintage art pieces. They also sell some souvenir items like homemade jams, woodcuts with personalized names, and postcards. There are also decals and car stickers of *extreme* southern pride, if you know what I mean, and it definitely reminded me that I wasn't in an urban setting. This place is huge and conveniently located and, honestly, is a gem for people who likes to look at these things, but for me, the layout was a bit confusing since there were similar items in the mall that were placed in different locations. Perhaps there's a reason, but I just don't know. Nothing too special jumps out at me since there are also other antique shops steps away on Main Street, but it's not bad checking this place out either. read more

Why have a business if you can not be kind to your customers. If you have things in a locked case, customers will need your help if they want to purchase them. If you have novelty items that look like toys... kids are going to want to touch them. Be kind, use your words and explain, don't just start barking and swatting at their hand. As a parent, I will correct my child and I would welcome the support if handled in a polite rational manner, but do not swat at them. Won't be going back to this store! read more

I wandered into quite a few antique shops on a recent trip to the area, and this one was by far my favorite. Vintage and new trinkets hang on every last possible corner, most of it being Southern memorabilia but there's plenty of other things too. Each section is someone's booth, and it's so varied that there's certainly something for everyone. I found a beautiful piece of furniture here for far less than I imagined it was worth, and my friends found a few items for themselves as well. They even sell homemade jams! You can't beat a delicious homemade jam... The people who work here are so friendly and were more than happy to talk to us about their lives years ago in Atlanta. One older gentleman talked about what Little 5 Points used to be like and how we must be thrill seekers for driving in Atlanta traffic - he was a riot! Love that guy. I'm so glad we stumbled across this shop in a sea of antique stores. Friendly staff and great finds if you're willing to dig around and find them! read more

YOU NEVER KNOW... This little shopping mall is set up in stalls and each stall has a theme or just various items available for purchase. It reminded me of a well stocked general store. They have rustic decor items, ( a definite theme in this part of the state), military/confederate themed items, Inspirational signs and gift items, bags, children's clothing and interesting selection of novelty items such as street weapons and handcuffs. You will definitely want to walk around and take a look because you simply don't know what interesting items you might find. read more

I was looking for a place that had local honey, and came across this location. I was not disappointed. I had my son (11yrs old) with me as well. We spent a great amount of time in here. They had several booths as well. A variety of trinkets and keepsakes. I purchased some sports memorabilia as well as some other things. If you're a college football fan...then they have a small but good selection of things a fan would enjoy. It's not a big area, but it was the largest selection I could find within walking distance. The staff was amazing! I had to step out and asked if they could hold an item for me-which they gladly did. They also carry great CBD products. I purchased some for sleep purposes. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd visit this place again and would recommend it. read more
