Not only because it's justified and the business earned it . . . but also because it helps other consumers know who they can trust, And the only way that can happen is when you write a review like this after an excellent experience. Matt and Integrity Floor Cleaners are truly worthy of both an exceptional review, and of a platinum level recommendation to other consumers. * They were punctual. * They were amazingly easy and pleasant to work with regarding everything they did --- never a snarky attitude about a single thing, never any surprises. * Their work was really beautiful --- our place really shone after they left. * I felt their prices were reasonable and honest and they worked hard the whole time they were here. * And they worked clean . . . left zero mess behind Oh, yeah . . . they stand behind their work. There was a tiny spot that got missed (easy to do because it was in a corner and the lighting was bad . . . not their fault at all). Matt came right back, and addressed it. Please give these guys your business. I hope you have every bit as positive an experience as I did.

I contacted Chris who was able to get out for an estimate within the week. Yes, the pricing is higher than what I would have paid on the mainland, but from hiring many Hawaii vendors over the past 10 years, I felt the pricing was competitive. Even though Chris ended up having to reschedule the work due to illness, he got the job done the weekend before my husband and I arrived for a 10 day stay. So, we were able to actually see the work and felt that everything was completed to my picky satisfaction. Highly recommend!
