Not sure what her name is, but she was taller with brown hair in ponytails and any guest that night couldn't miss her. She was constantly talking very loudly at the staff, dropping f bombs, and acting condescending towards anyone she spoke to. With a table of kids nearby I watched the parents all respond to her. She was rude beyond reason and acting so self important it makes me not want to go back. That said, this is Nicks Patio, an institution. I'll try it once more, but with caution. Though they are under new management the food and serving staff are still solid. Mimi took care of me and she couldn't have been better. Sitting through the loud language and awkward management style was too much.

As for the starters, the miso was actually one of the best I have had but the ginger dressing was a weird color and the shrimp dish was not my fave. I ate the leftovers of my hibachi for lunch the next day and it heat up well but I noticed that not all the rice was cooked in the end. I ate it all anyway, of course.
