Because of the job on the lawn, I also hired them for snow removal. They never arrived at the property to remove snow. I contacted the owner and asked for some clarification on the situation. He said we were on a plow route and should have been plowed. Promised to get it done immediately. A week later, and the property is still not plowed. This caused mail delivery to be suspended, and several headaches for us.
