These are both examples of poor information security. They have recently changed their loyalty rewards system but customers still need to give their phone number out loud - yet another example of poor data security practice. We placed a phone called to the store speaking with the lady who works there, asking if we could get a replacement pack she strictly said there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue and they will continue to sell the leafs even if they are stale without offer any options to rectify this issue.
