The lid popped off the bottle and poured all over my device and counter. This is in no way the shops fault. It was a manufacturers defect. I took the bottle in and showed the shop. They told me that they could not replace it because they didn't have the exact flavor and strength in stock. They didn't offer any other solution than to give me a 15 percent discount. I paid full price for a bottle that was completely useless. I don't want to pay twice for one product. It was not the employees fault, but I am very frustrated and will be going to one of the other hundred or so vape shops in the area for juice in the future. It is a shame that they lost a very loyal customer over one bottle of juice.

He asks invasive questions and lectures customers about why they shouldn't buy the products he is getting commission selling them! it's hypocritical and makes me not trust the safety of my personal data with an employee who regularly harasses the customers he is serving. If I were Priyesh Pomal I would fire this jerk and I would also have my employees take a fat sharpie to the shipping labels with the store owner's name on them. These are both examples of poor information security. They have recently changed their loyalty rewards system but customers still need to give their phone number out loud - yet another example of poor data security practice. They have a new paym system and it should be set up To allow customers to punch in their number. The regular weekday manager is fantastic and she always takes great care of her customers. I just saw this place today while I was visiting one of my other spots. What caught my attention…read morewas DISCOUNT on tobacco. Now as I do smoke, which I really need to quit, I had to see how much of a discount were these guys offering on a pack of cigarettes that I smoke. Low and behold it was a $2.00 discount. A normal place will charge you $80 per carton on Newports. This place was $60 and some change. They already had my attention. Items: They sell everything from hookahs, CBD, pipes, but I'm not sure if they do the prescription marijuana. They probably do. I didn't ask. I was just excited to get my cigarettes cheaper than I usually get them. So I definitely will start going to this place for my smokes. No Publix, no Kroger, just them. If any of you are in the Dacula area and smoke, I would highly advise that you go buy your smokes from them. It's like $2.00 cheaper than any other store around. If you buy cartons, you're looking at a $20 discount. IJS.
