That didn't even include repainting afterwards. Chris did the popcorn removal, resurfacing, and painting in 3 DAYS! And for a very affordable price!! And when my tall walls turned out a little messy (we think the previous owner was a smoker and it made the walls sticky), he offered to repaint them free of charge!! Will definitely use Chris again and would refer him to everyone I know.

I contacted Coats of Quality/Michael needing a room painted. We scheduled a visit for him to see…read morethe room and discuss paint, etc. for a quote, the price seemed fair to me and we went from there. He showed up promptly and began work. The job took longer than estimated, but I did not mind that as I prefer a job well done over a job done quickly. That said, after being out for a few hours to let the paint dry, upon inspection I did note some spots on the walls and ceiling that had not been covered/were missed. Nothing major, but still slightly disappointing. It was also noted that there appeared to have been a slight paint spill which had been cleaned up, but still left paint visible on the carpet fibers. Despite these issues, the overall work was good and the old darker colors did not show through the new. I reached out to Michael regarding these issues and he was apologetic and understanding, taking my concerns seriously and offering other service to make up for it. All in all, I am relatively happy with the service provided and would be willing to give Michael another try in the future if I need painting done.

Within a day there were missing pieces of paint on the inner doors where they touch one another. They had more work to do and ghosted me, and frankly, I never wanted to see them again so didn't follow up. Do yourself a favor, don't fall for the "we've been doing this for years" schtick. They obviously had random teams of people doing the work, and they stuck one poor guy on my job who had to complete most of it by himself. Horrible company.

We believe people deserve to work with professionals who not only do excellent work--but who make…read morethe whole experience feel simple, seamless, and stress-free. Cristian, the owner of Mister Seamless Rain Gutters, did exactly that and more. From start to finish, Cristian was phenomenal. He showed up with top-of-the-line equipment and built our gutters right on site--custom-cut, color-matched, and truly seamless in every way. His attention to detail was remarkable. He placed the downspouts in just the right locations to ensure proper water flow and drainage away from the house, protecting our foundation and landscaping. He even upgraded us to larger downspouts and added gutter screens at no extra hassle--because he genuinely cares about the long-term results. But what impressed us even more than the quality of the work was Cristian himself. He's the kind of person you hope to work with--hardworking, honest, reliable, and just a joy to be around. In a world where craftsmanship and character don't always go hand in hand, Cristian brings both in abundance. If you're looking for gutter work done with excellence and integrity, I can't recommend Mister Seamless Rain Gutters highly enough. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

Great local business with white-glove service…read more I found Ramirez through a building referral, and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided by their team. First, someone came out to inspect the site and ensure that the colors were matched perfectly. When I disclosed that the paint was in my storage, she helped me dig it out of my storage unit!! I was shocked. Then, upon arrival, a two-man team came which was unexpected given the size of the job (it was only repair work). They did EXCELLENT WORK, I couldn't tell that the work was done. BEAUTIFUL! They made sure to cover everything from floor to ceiling so that none of my furnishings were damaged, or could be damaged. It's funny that this is even a comment, but I have had horror stories. I highly RECOMMEND Ramirez and would use them again if I had the need.

They removed the popcorn texture, sealed all the openings and spaces around our beams and resurfaced and repainted the ceiling. It looks fantastic. Keep in mind it's a messy and time consuming process. It took a week from start to finish. They'd work a few hours each day and let it dry for the next day. Please help them out by keeping fans going at night to speed up drying. We moved all our furniture and art leaving two large dressers in the room which they covered. They did a great job containing the dust by taping off the room and entryways. It took about 6-8 weeks after their original estimate to begin. The job was more complicated than they expected but they were able to handle it with a minor increase from their original estimate. Their price was well worth it. They do wonderful work and are in high demand. I'll certainly use them the next time we need more painting done.
