I was excited to try the "New" Blue Cow, knowing that the "Old" Blue Cow did such a nice job. I was more than a little disappointed. My pickup's bumpers, grill and wheels were still grimy. There were streaks down the sides of the truck, and as I wiped down the body and trim myself, it felt like a film was on it. The pressure wash inside was very intense, lifting some of my paint, if there was a chip. I will probably try the Cow again, just making sure I'm giving them a proper chance to improve on the new Cow. read more

Car wash misses spots. They wipe the drivers door jam but refuse to wipe the other doors on request. My husband had extra tip money ready and asked them to wipe the other doors but they refused. Other car washes are happy to do so. read more

I've been to a lot of car washes across the nation and this is the best I've ever visited. I'm traveling across country and there were a lot of bugs on my bumper and mirrors. They took time to spray and wash off all the bugs. They cleaned behind my tires which had a lot of mud because of the drive. Loved how the vacuum was free after the car wash. They opened my door after and dried my door and mirrors! A great car wash and inexpensive. Would definitely recommend this! read more

I've washed my car here several times; it's a fantastic business. However, on my last visit a person, later identified as Chris "the manager" and the girl working the was entry refused to guide me on to the track. I looked first to then the other, several times, Chris gave me a look of studied indifference, as I obviously waited for direction, both refused to take the role, this went on for several seconds, water blasting everywhere, when I assumed that I was lined up for the track device. instead I drove directly into the railing. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor after exiting the wash, the person I spoke to tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with my car, so I repeated my request. He told me on the second try, his manager's name was Mike. So, after I finished cleaning the inside of the car, I went to speak to a "Mike". The wash was closed and several employees were gathered at the glass. One of them employees, "Chris" wanted me to leave my complaint with him, I politely declined and asked for Mike. Chris told me that Mike had just left. I asked for his phone number, Chris said that he could not give me it, so I asked when Mike would be there next, and Chris told me that he had no idea when Mike would be there. It doesn't matter how good this wash is; they've really reached the bottom of the barrel with some of their employees. I would be willing to pay a dollar or two more for the wash, if you could loose employees like Chris. read more

^^^^^ Okay first off, F--- every smug comment that this lady just said. Blue Cow Car Wash is the best hands on car wash in Kalispell. They wipe the driver side door only, due to how busy it usually is. if there is time, they will usually get your other doors on request. however, by doing this, customers will come back during the busiest times, and expect them to do it, because they were kind enough to do it last time they came around when it was NOT so busy. BCCW, does not like to get all the doors, because of the time risk it causes of the CAR BEHIND YOU of bumping in to the rear of your vehicle. 2011 was one of the busiest years this company has ever had. THEM BOYS WORK HARD! THEY ARE NOT LAZY! and as for haven't extra tip money for the other doors: that's very kind, but the Driers at the end of the tunnel are not allowed to ASK for the tip, let alone assume your gonna give it too them. Just because you found some change under the seat of your Escalade while you rode through the tunnels does not mean you were gracious enough to "Tip" a little extra. If you don't care about the quality of your wash/car, go to Pro-Clean. I worked for Blue Cow for 11 1/2 months. they put alot of time/sweat/work into your 2 minute ride, so you don't have to so much as get out of your car. I wouldn't wast my money going to the Blue Cow Car Wash. We bought the Works...and ended up not getting the cleaning cloth...we ended up having to wipe down the windows mirrors and wheels when we were finished. No wonder the line was so short. read more

This is the best car wash in Kalispell in my opinion. The thing I like about it is that cleans underneath your car with all the salt and garbage they use on the roads now days you really need this to happen to help prevent rust on your car. Blue cow gets the job done! read more

Pricey but fast, friendly and your car gets clean. Unlimited vacuuming at the beginning or end of your wash. They give you a towel and cleaning solution to wipe the inside of your car. You can pull off to the side at the end and use it to your hearts content. Tell em you wanna add tip to your credit card purchase and they'll give you the cash to give the guys that dry off your car.... read more

Brought my new 2017 Toyota tundra through there and ended up with scratches all over one side of my truck. Worst carwash ever.

I feel fortunate that the Blue Cow is conveniently located next to my work, which makes it super convenient. I have traveled all over the country and have never experienced such a good car wash. The employees are friendly and they scrub the wheels and windows before going in, plus give you a rag and a bottle of cleaner to do the dash and windows yourself. Vacuums are free for as long as you need them. No quarters or timers to deal with! I love this car wash!!! I drive an older SUV that I have driven on some pretty rough terrain and it has plenty of small scratches and tiny gravel dings in it, but when it comes out of the Blue Cow, it looks almost new! I am not sure if I am just use to the valued customer service from my car wash back home or that the value of the customer service at the blue cow was so low that it made me write my first Yelp review. I love my car I love the way heads turn as I drive by hence I will drive to the next town to go to the best car wash in the valley. FAR FROM. Luckily I was embraced with a local that notified me that I was able to get a spray bottle to clean the interior or my own car because for some reason their employees didn't feel the need to assist me here. But this was not what hit my nerve my favorite part was after I drive threw this automated car wash I notified the two gentlemen half ass hand drying the car that there is still a bunch of soap on my car. With the favored response "this is what you get we don't have time for your car." So I purchased the most expensive wash they had to leave with a soap covered car. Lucky for me there was a do it your self wash down the road. So if your car is dirty toss some mud at it. It will be cleaner than going o blue cow. read more

Went thru the car wash before returning to the car rental. They give you a towel and cleaner for your interior before the wash (return at the end). They hand wash the car before it goes thru and the brushes didn't seem like they were rough on the car. After the blower, they hand dried it and cleaned the door seal on the drivers side. This place is awesome!!! my car always comes out clean and the cost is great. You cant expect it to be detailed for what they charge but they do a very good job. They give you a towel to wipe down the inside while you go through that you can use to do your own door jammes when you pull out the other side. No other place in town compares!!
