The shop is adorable, the girl working in it was so friendly, and I love the items that I bought! I was shocked at how reasonable all the prices are, especially given the quality of the clothes. I just decided this week to order a few more items from 31 TwentyFive from home (isn't this what we all do in quarantine?). Their customer service is excellent. I live in CT and didn't pick shipping when I placed my order. Ali immediately reached out, as they are doing porch pickup due to Covid-19 and did not want to leave my stuff out if I chose porch pickup by mistake. She is now shipping my items to me in CT. Luxe has a selection that it's different from what you find in other stores. I like that! Instead of the same-old brands their stuff is really unique. Check out the upstairs for a whole floor of sale items. For example, I snagged a scarf for $3 and a pair of earrings for $3 too. Score! Service is friendly and makes you wanna stick around a while longer. I couldn't resist so many beauties and I ended up walking out with 2 bags of beautiful stuff. The only thing I wish they had were bigger sizes since I personally haven't fit in extra-small clothes since I was like 9 years old.

I walked around for about 10 minutes thinking one of them would look up and say something, but nope. Nothing. The only time they looked up was when they looked at each other and were gossiping about someone. Another gal and her daughter (I assume) walked in after me and made a comment to me about the horrible customer service (or lack of). Needless to say, I did not purchase anything. I did take pictures of the items I liked, and then purchased them online. I would have loved to support a small business in our town, but I do not want to support a business like that. All of this being said, I have been in the high end retail/design space for years and this kind of service is unacceptable. The sad thing is, one of these girls might be the owner. When I walked in, last Sunday afternoon, there were two female employees at the cash register. Neither one welcomed me or said anything about any specials or sales happening in store. One of them was on her cell phone texting someone. This is the second time I have walked in to this store and the second time I have been completely ignored and walked out empty handed because I was neglected by the staff. All the tables were a disaster and the clearance section looked like it came out of a tornado. I am so disappointed. I wish someone from corporate would give them a visit. As someone with 10+ years of retail management experience, this place is a disaster both in visuals and employment. Store need some leadership!
