In the spring I noticed that the surface had started to pit around where I parked my car. I called him a few times and he came to look at it. He agreed that it was unacceptable that this was happening and vowed to remedy the issue. 2 years and multiple phone calls later, my driveway still hasn't been fixed. He blames it on the supplier of the concrete at the time who is apparently not going to pay to fix it. I've basically given up and would not recommend due to awful customer service after the fact.
