Then after it was filled she told me to take my suv to the store and pay. So that is what I did. But before I took it out of park. She started screaming at me about taking the ticket???? So I waited five minutes for her to fill out the ticket. Then she yelled at me about placing two cylinders in a closed vehicle and how that was illegal. I had enough. Told her I'll deal with that when the propane popo pull me over. I also had a 8 gauge yellow explosion box in the back of my suv. I was driving legal as if that would be her concern. I think she was upset about leaving an ac cooled store to walk across a parking lot to serve me. I'll go to another place for my propane and propane accessory needs.

Call a local phone number thinking your going to speak to a local person, not the case. Called a call center of some kind to answer what I thought was a simple question. Been on the phone waiting for 17 minutes so far on the phone. Great customer service so far.

When my father in law passed away, my husband and his sister went ahead a paid for additional…read morepropane so they could take care of packing the house and selling it. Before the place was sold (closed on), Ikard and Newsom was informed that the new owners would be taking possession and we needed to close out the account. They did not close the account or pick up the tank and now 6 weeks later, they refuse to refund the remaining propane because they cant pick up the tank since the new owner barricaded the tank in on the property. If Ikard and Newsom would have done what was needed when it was reported, this would not be a problem. So basically, they have stolen almost $400 from the family of a deceased person. Way to go! Getting LOTS of free advertising! So far I have steered 2 different people to a different company. Very unprofessional to steal from people that try to follow the right procedures.
