As it turned out, they finished the job in the rain along with some snow mixed in. Great team. Great job.

They offer about quality work at a fair price and within a timely manner! Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail. They were all respectful and took care as if it were their own home. They cleaned up after themselves every evening and made sure every last detail was finished! Steve answered every question we had with politeness and a smile, he never got frustrated when we added things mid project or asked a million questions. Without a doubt, you will not regret giving New Look Landscaping a call!

However, I wouldn't recommend him for another type of work. He said he could do dirt grading too, so I hired him. I didn't understand that he was going to turn it over to someone else. They did terrible work and Jeffrey had to call in another contractor to fix it.

The team followed a step-by-step procedure that was clearly very organized and efficient. Every worker was fully geared up in safety vests, helmets, and straps. They were extremely careful to avoid power lines and ensured no damage was done to the yard. They even used high-end remote control equipment--the kind of tech you'd expect from a massive enterprise--which turned a 6 hour job into a 2 hour job. Beyond the technical skill, the team was friendly and communicated effectively with one another. They kept the wood in organized piles, and once finished, there was hardly any evidence they had been there at all, aside from a clean yard and mulch where the stump used to be. I highly recommend them if you want a fast, safe, and professional job done without breaking the bank.

I requested I be contacted in the morning to confirm he would be there the next day, I was not. I called and was told he would be out later in the day. At 5 o'clock on the second day an employee with minimal experience showed up. He gave me his opinion, I told him I would let the office know the next day what I had decided, and that I was unhappy that Alex didn't bother to show. Unannounced on the third day Alex came to my house. I told him I'd already signed a contract with another company, that I didn't require his service. He asked if I was having it cut down, I said no. He said 'you're wasting your money', as he glanced at my tree. I said I don't require your services, thank you. You can go. He said, "you asked for my opinion and I'm gonna give it to you!" I told him he didn't bother to show or call for the first appointment, he didn't show for the second appointment, I'm not using his company. Instead of an apology, he said 'This is your fault because you were impatient. You wanted to see me, I'm gonna tell you what you need to do!' I told him to get off my property, he refused to leave immediately, telling me I was wasting my money. I had to tell him a second time to get off my property, he yelled at me all the way to his truck. I have NEVER had an experience like that.

Then, the last one they did, one of the guys moved my long rain hose so he could mow. That, of course, has to be done. The trouble is they moved it close to the house, pointing down into my basement window. They did not put the hose back. They left it pointing in my basement. My neighbor told me about it. I'm glad she did, as we were to have rain. I have a carpeted basement, and that would have flooded my basement had it rained. And then I asked Aaron to run a very minor and short errand for me. I don't have a car. We agreed on a time. He did not show up, nor did he text me or call until much later. By then, I hired Uber to take me to handle the job, and Uber turned out to be cheaper than what I would have paid Aaron. So I decided to hire someone else to do my lawn. His attention to detail seemed to be good at first. But then, for some reason, he seemed to lose interest in doing a good job. For the reasons outlined, I can't recommend him, but I can't say he might not do a great job for you. All I can say is he highly disappointed me.,
