If I had one complaint it would be that the temperature can get a bit hot when the places is fully packed, but that's just a small issue because you can just walk outside for a sec and cool off if necessary. The upstairs area was really crowded not due to people, but in terms of seating and arrangement. Everything was pushed really close together and seemed like it was intended to cram as many people as possible inside. The floor was smothered in enough burn marks to be considered perforated, and the dimwitted server spilled ashes on me and my friend. I was surprised at a rather minimal selection of flavors to choose from when looking at the shisha menu. The owner gets really uppity about people he doesn't immediately recognize in the parking lot, too. Go to the Arwaz Lounge down the street instead.
