I just viewed the 2026 Property Taxes online and they were actually reduced from 2025 and I immediately paid them. I attempted to call the company to advise them of their erroneous information, however, after several attempts no one picked up. I would never trust a company that provides erroneous information in attempts to scare a property owner into conducting business with them. If they made such a large careless mistake on their solicitation letter what will happen if you contract them?

Hopefully this will inform any potential consumer/customer that they should educate themselves on…read moredebt resolution process with this company and read there contract , if they do decide to continue with them , be informed that they do not follow up on what they agreed upon and if they are even at fault and admit it ,if you don't not meet your end of the contract in communicating with them thoroughly in written form with the debt collector not just verbally or even filing harassing complaint by phone or email with CLG about the debt collector .that would all be irrelevant and you will be at fault for not letting them know when the credit card company sells your debt to a debt collector it's not there job to ask you for written legal forms that you received. record all your interactions with this company and please protect yourself and your families lively hood they do not value professionalism and your well being and hopefully you don't end up paying double the original debt and having to settle your debt on your own like I did(which I settled it 1000$ dollars cheaper then what there appointed lawyer did so please protect yourselfs and educate yourselves in these matters please

He represented the seller in a property closing. We discovered there was an open permit on the…read moreproperty. To address this he proposed that the seller put $20k in escrow and if the permit was not closed within a certain time frame the money in escrow would be paid to us the buyers. Well, my closing attorneys have demanded the money is escrow dozens of times as the deadline to close the permit has long expired. He initially responded only to state the permit had been closed but when asked for evidence of same he went radio silent.
