I knew the final number's were inaccurate however i am not an accountant and needed someone who could find the errors, correct them, and then advocate on my behalf through an amended return to the IRS. Mr. Young was able to do all of that. He completed the review of the previous tax work, found some significant miscalculations, corrected the errors, and submitted both State and Federal returns in very short order. They staff was friendly and willing to help. The lady even asked if we wanted anything to drink or something to eat. I laughed thinking what are you going to feed me? But, it was simply doughnuts but at least she offered. So, when offering the rapid refund loan it sounded like a good idea. The person I went with wasn't getting a million dollars or anything, but the amount of money that they would have taken for the service wasn't worth getting the quick business. Sadly, we had to leave with no check and wait to go online to do free filing instead. The other customers seemed satisfied, so Instant Tax Service is probably great for some people and for others maybe not.
