They stumbled around for 2 months before finally getting us on the books for an appointment. After giving us a Saturday window between 8a-1p, they were a complete no call no show. And when I called THEM to follow up, they had no idea what was going on. After that I called Men in Kilts. It was just three days between initial contact and service completion. They communicated promptly and did the actual work very quickly while being respectful of our property (as well as the surrounding properties). And yes - our technician arrived in a kilt. Truth in advertising - can you imagine?? I'll happily direct my future business back to them. If you respect yourself and your time, I would encourage you to do the same. Oh - and their charge was less expensive than the clowns that never showed up.

She was emailed directly by a woman affiliated with the company who requested payment via Venmo. After the payment was sent--using the exact information provided in that email--the same person denied ever sharing a Venmo account and claimed they never received anything. We contacted the police immediately, and after reviewing the evidence, they confirmed this situation is highly suspicious and likely fraudulent. A formal investigation is underway. They came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning the gutters and replacing one joint. The estimate was more than expected, but everything is these days, so I said sure let's go ahead. They said it would be two weeks, but it was closer to four. When they were done, they had neglected to put the cages over the downspouts. When I called them and told them this, they said they had forgotten to put that in the estimate and it would be $100 more for them to come out and install the cages. I was not happy about that because I had asked for it to be included and was told it would be included. The guy said he understood and would see if he could give me a better price. Now I got the new estimate and it's $150, for something that was supposed to have been included in the original estimate. Not good.
