The Bad: Even by Waterloo standards (a town of spoilt rich kids), this place is really overly pretentious, with snobby spoilt brats in polos with turned-up collars getting drunk, while their fake-tan, surgically-enhanced mothers and their sugar daddies eat in the restaurant next door. O Bar Hik is truly a diamond in a sea of semi-precious stones, a place that you can enjoy the true elegance of wine in a relaxing atmosphere. They have a fairly large wine list, with a decent sized list of wines by the glass. Food is available as well; small plate offerings. We ordered a bottle of wine, and were given a cup of breadsticks wrapped with prosciutto...yum!!! Also, we enjoyed their version of Bruschetta (see pic) served with a small green salad. This is a small establishment, you can reserve one of the 4 small intimate tables. Otherwise there is a small bar with 3 stools, and another small room with bench seating.
