We just bought a house and the old people left the paper work to get them fixed so we went to the place to see if we could get it replaced and they said sure it will just be 50 dollars to transfer the name we brought them in the next day and the lady said if we cant fix we usually give free replacement she said she would call the next day to tell us if they could fix them or not. She never called we had to call them and she said they could fix them. So we waited for them to tell us when they were going to be ready and they called and they said they couldn't fix them so then we asked to speak to the manager because they here no longer offering a free replacement i am sure they are supposed to though. Half of the drapes I purchased were unacceptably longer than I ordered. Instead of draping neatly, the extra length bunched up at the floor. They looked terrible. After contacting the store, I was reimbursed for the drapes to be professionally altered. The store manager's tone was as if he was doing me a favor. A week later, I realized that I was charged for the excess 16" of fabric on four of the drapes! After I left several detailed messages, the manager returned my call and refunded the overcharge to my credit card. Again, the condescending tone was as if they were doing me favor for refunding me for their error, which I had to get corrected. I do not recommend and wish I'd seen other's reviews before buying from Blinds to Go. read more

Bad service, in Macartur Whitehall, PA they measure my blinds wrong the one was to big so they fixed it and got it right but the other three were to short and they said I have to buy new ones ! Very upset!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I had ordered blind before from them and the service was good but this last time was exceptional. My blind rod had broken and it was during the pandemic. I called them as soon as they re-opened and made an appointment for Saturday. I took the blind in for repair and purchased new blinds for my living room. This was on Saturday. On Tuesday less than 72 hours later I was contacted that everything was ready. I called the installer and he came over within 2 hours and hung up both my blinds. He was courteous and respected my safety by wearing a mask. I wasn't charged for the repair and even got a discount for the new blinds. AND they even gave me a temporary blind (made of paper) to hang while my other blind was out for repair. Now that is EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. THANK you! read more

Horrible customer service. Decided at the last minute to check them out to see what kind of blinds they had... no greeting when we entered, no acknowledgement of our presence at all. Staff in this store are very friendly and helpful. Amber assisted me with most of the multiple trips I made back and forth selecting the blinds. Installation by Joseph E. Yost was fantastic! I first bought blinds in this store in 1990 and have returned multiple times over the years to purchase new blinds. I love the warranty on the blinds, I have had my blinds re-strung more than once without any problems. I would recommend this store!! read more
