He told me exactly when they were going to be completed by the supplier and when he could install them. Two of the blinds were made an inch too short by the supplier, so he called them right then and new ones are on the way. He's even texted me to update me on their progress. I had an upcoming day off from work and she was able to work with our schedule to come on that day. She came to our house, took measurements, informed us of the options, listened to our preferences, and we quickly selected the options we wanted (white cordless faux wood blinds with wand tilt). The consult was quick and afterwards Nancy emailed us the invoice. Before making a final decision, we compared their price with similar companies and wholesale websites. We were pleasantly surprised that the blinds were cheaper to purchase through Midtown Shade and Shutter. Plus installation was included and inexpensive. We decided to go with Midtown and paid half up front. They accept Venmo which helped speed up the process. The blinds were manufactured and we scheduled a day for Nancy's husband to install them. He was friendly, came prepared, and installed the blinds in a reasonable amount of time. All of the blinds look great and work appropriately. We had a great experience and have already started recommending Midtown Shade and Shutter to others.
