Alan and Ian arrived on time, as scheduled. Some contractors might have jumped into the job without much thought. I was impressed that Alan and Ian took their time considering all the options. Not just what would be easiest for them, but also, what would provide the best job for my situation. Moreover, they took the time to discuss the options with me so that I understood exactly what to expect. Then, and only then, they jumped into the job with energy and determination. It wasn't an easy job. It was 90% plotting the route, cutting and drilling only as needed, and pulling the cable through it all from panel to kitchen. Alan and Ian are true, competent professionals.
