Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. At 12:30 I was still waiting so i ask the man at the front desk was my outback ready it was setting where the customers parked their cars, he answered it is ready and I am waiting on the paperwork. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted.
