My partner purchased flowers for me here and the staff member was beyond rude to him and uninterested in helping him with his purchase. They didnt water bag the flowers which for a $80 bunch is extremely rare (unheard of for me). They were wilted when i got them and when i complained to the store via email they ignored me. They falsely reported my negative review on google to remove it and just block me on any social media to remove any of my real experience. Instead of rectifying the situation they have just blocked me and ignored me.
Don't trust a business that treats customers like this. This place is poor quality products and the WORST service ever i would NEVER trust them with a bunch of flowers let alone an event. read more
