My mother looked very good at the viewing and they catered to every detail. They guided us through all the technical and financial components which can be confusing and overwhelming. But, it was not overwhelming with the Lyndahl team guiding us. The setup, viewing and funeral all flowed smoothly with their team guiding everything behind the scenes. Long story short: I paid them over $4,000.00 with my credit card the day we were there to make arrangements for the funeral. My sister paid them a day later with a check. I called a number of times and requested a credit to my credit card. They refused to return my call and later sent a message to me through a family member that I would see the credit on my next statement. I checked my account online repeatedly and had to issue a dispute with my credit card company. They gave me a conditional credit to my charge card. Six months later they notified me that my conditional credit was now permanent. Buyer beware.

I am in the VFW and we had to do a honor guard at this place where there was a funeral for a fellow Veteran. Respectful service. Plenty of room. Big inside. We had our whole honor guard inside with flags and to pay tribute. Our final salute to our fallen comrade. A wonderful service took place. Very big inside. Two huge areas that fit a large crowd. One room was over-flow and had a big TV. Sound quality was good. All the people at this facility told my post exactly what to do, when and were well organized and professional. This place is in the heart of Green Bay. I will not post pictures. It's not like I am going to a funeral and take pictures. I could have taken a picture of the outside. I did not. The people there were excellent in helping us through the planning and execution of her wishes. Their prices were open and fair. They handled picking her body up at our home quickly and kept it until cremation. The only thing I was surprised about was the newspaper obituary costs. This is not a slam on Simply Cremations but the papers. I wanted 4 newspapers in WI and MI. They want to collest $350 per paper because of the costs charged by papers to print the obit. I cancelled 2 of them and went with papers more people would know her. It ended up that one was $35 and the other $500. After the final accounting, SC sent me a refund check. If I need to I would definately return to Simply Cremation. Fair, honest, and simple.
