I called him Monday, May 4. He hadn't gotten to it. He didn't call me until Friday, May 8 only to tell me that I needed an engine clean on top of right front wheel bearing in my front and rear disc brake pads needed to be repaired as well as both serpentine belts. I didn't ask for all of that. I was only expecting to hear about what I was inquiring about which was the grinding sound on the right side of my truck I was aware I needed a brake pads and rotors. I didn't ask for that. I have the invoice paperwork here that shows how he wrote it up the way he wanted to write it up. My service request was the vehicle has a noise when driving in front and a grinding noise under the floorboard check and advise that's it but then he puts on here diagnose noise from engine area so when I talk to him about it, he claims he did nothing the engine and they didn't take nothing apart blah blah blah for all of that I had to pay $88.71 just for him to look at it and not fix it and after they added the 3% to it for using tap payment it came out to $91.37 that I paid for nothing on top of the fact when I left, they created another problem now my oil pressure notification keeps coming across my dashboard since I've gotten it back and it reads oil pressure low stop engine now clearly there's oil in there so they've created another problem and he told me that I could bring it in today in today's date is May 12, 2026 I told him I don't have any money to give him to just look at it and not fix it. I feel like their business is struggling in some aspect in the boss. The owner of the establishment got them out here scamming people to make money is so unfair and selfish and Adrian he kept trying to speak over me as I'm trying to explain what's going on. He's talking while I'm talking, not listening. It was just very rude and unacceptable behavior, especially coming from him because I've left really good reviews based off the work they've done for me years ago in the past and something has changed because they can't keep mechanics. They're constantly changing mechanics and now they've destroyed something in my truck that I have to figure out how to fix with my own money on top of trying to repair what needed to be repaired in the first place I'm very disgusted and disappointed and very shocked with the treatment I received in the service I received as well highly unacceptable and upset and I will let everybody know how they treat people up there. Because of that, I trusted them to take proper care of my car -- but this visit completely broke that trust. After they worked on my car, it suddenly started leaking oil severely -- something that was never a problem before. What's even worse is that they admitted they knew my car had a severe oil leak but continued to work on it anyway. Their own policy clearly states that they are not supposed to perform services on vehicles with severe oil leaks or similar mechanical issues until those problems are repaired. By ignoring that, they made the situation much worse. Now my car is leaking oil so badly that it's unsafe to drive, and they want to charge me around $600 to fix the issue -- a problem they caused by continuing to work on a car they should've refused service on. When I confronted the manager about it, he was snarky, rude, and completely unprofessional. He showed no accountability or concern and even said that he "wished he never touched my car," all while admitting they knew there was a severe oil leak. Yet they still took my money and tried to take advantage of me -- clearly assuming I wouldn't question it because I'm a woman. This entire experience was unacceptable, dishonest, and unethical. I expected better from a place I've trusted for years. If they had followed their own procedures and treated customers with respect, none of this would have happened. I strongly recommend anyone considering service here to be extremely cautious. Ask questions, get everything in writing, and don't let them take advantage of you.
