    First of all this is not a short story. Bought my Audi S6 4yrs ago from Audi of Fort Worth, where I took it for its 1st service. Great people at Audi of Fort Worth and Great Service - No Complaints, But way too far to drive from my house. 2nd Dealership for service Audi of Grapevine. Love hate relationship. Love that its very very close to the house. Hate the service dept. Oil changes that take 2-3 hours Front end alignment that took 4 1/2 hours and they could not align front end. Then want me to come back, so they can check out front end at a fee of $750. Quoted to replace all brake rotors / pads / Bleed and replace brake fluid - $5298.00 3rd Place for service Awesome service at Zink Autowerks in Euless Did all my brakes for $2300.00 Great Reliable and Affordable Service Alignments - Fast Oil Changes - Plugs / V Belt and many other services done thru them. PROBLEM They moved to Lavon Texas. Love the Work but really really far to Drive. Reffered to BLAIR AUTOMOTIVE for APR Tune. Met Aaron Blair who handled my APR Tune with me. FYI the APR ECU / TCU completely changed the performance of my car - LOVE it! I told him my factory warranty was coming to an end and was not happy with the dealerships. Ask him if he excepted extended warranties and what companies did he excepted. He named a few and one of them was EFG which I had the privilege of working for. So I purchased a Warranty with EFG. Which was a great decision. Been bringing my S6 to Blair now for 2 going on 3 years. They have done numerous Oil Changes Replaced a Lower control arm / Front end Alignment which dealership could not fix after 4 plus hours and wanted $750 to relook at. Motor Mount / Turbo Coolant Seals and many other things. I will say that their Mechanics during Oil Changes are very Zealous about Diagnosing lots of things your car may need. But better Safe than Sorry. Also they have Loaner cars which is a big plus. FYI the Loaner cars (VW jetta) Are kinda Slow compared to an AUDI S6. Made the mistake of trying to cross an intersection to turn into a grocery store and the Jetta didnt have a lot of power so lady in SUV got pissed at me. Also they have Blair Automotive logos - Address - Tele # so be aware of that. YES she did complain If you Own a VW - Audi - BMW / Mini - Porsche - Land Rover - Jaguar - Bentley - Lamborghini - Mercedes. You cant go wrong with these guys!

    I recently had a great experience with Blair Automotive - European Service. It was time to bring in my Porsche 911 for its 40K inspection which includes oil, filters, and some other things. My service consultant was Briar, but I spoke with Aaron Blair too. It can be a scary thing bringing in your P-car to a new shop, but they handled everything great. The team was super nice, knowledgeable, and left me feeling like I came to the right place.

    Very pricey and they use aftermarket parts, not OEM Mercedes parts. Buyer Beware!

They recommended that I replace the front brake pads, which I did, but the noise persisted. I was advised to give it some time for the new brake pads to settle in. Last week, I returned for another inspection of the brakes due to the ongoing noise. This time, they suggested changing the rear brake pads and rotors. After that, the noise actually got worse, so I made a quick turnaround and brought the car back. They suggested that the front brake rotors might need replacement. While they recommended service based on mileage, they failed to point out any other issues with the braking system. When I took my car to another shop for an oil change, I mentioned the brake noise. The mechanics there immediately noticed that hardware was missing from the front brake pads and installed new hardware (previously installed by Integrity 1st). I called Integrity that same day, but they were closed for the weekend. I went out of town from Monday to Thursday and returned on Friday. Integrity 1st inspected my vehicle and found that the rear rotor needed replacement (the one they just replaced a week ago), as well as new brake pads and rotors for the front. Additionally, they discovered that my emergency brake was damaging the hardware, which also needed to be replaced. They guaranteed that if I paid them another $1,200, they would resolve all these issues. I explained that the car hadn't been driven enough to cause this damage and questioned why these problems weren't noticed the week before. Tyler offered the excuse that such damage could occur in just a day. After this experience, I have decided not to return to Integrity and will be taking my vehicles to another location. I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this shop, as it ultimately reflects poorly on all mechanics and their partner shops.

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.

He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget.  Thank you Carmon!!!!

When I came by Xpress Automotive, Carmon is very considerate and professional. Also, my friend brought his own parts and Carmon, put it on at a reasonable price....he also was kind enough to replace a hose at no charge. I have saved his information in my phone for any vehicle repairs in the future. As a woman, it is hard to find someone that is honest. Carmon you are much appreciated.

    Recently had my water pump go out on my Q5. Unfortunately my warranty expired so this one cost me…read moreout of pocket. I called and spoke with Bob who happens to be the owner, he had me run the car by and looked at it and saw immediately what my issue was. Bob booked me an appointment to come by and drop my car off so he and his team could do the repairs. I dropped car off the night before and it was ready by next day as promised. What I liked about Bob was that he is very transparent with his pricing and even showed me the old water pump that he pulled out of my car! It was neat to see the proof of the work (not that I doubted him for a moment) but the transparency is very much appreciated. The cost was more than fair for my water pump and actually ended up only being 500 more than a girlfriend of mines Camry. Thank you Bob for taking care of me and getting me back on the road! I definitely would recommend LOTR for any Audi and VW repair! I will definitely return in the future if something else goes wrong. My car is driving like it's brand new again! Brad

I dropped the car off with a request to let me know what all it needed. I braced for new brakes, fluids, and some additional work. I would not have been surprised to have that. I expected brakes at the minimum. Instead I got we topped off fluids and changed the oil. So, why would I say he is a national treasure? Because he went out to car with my daughter and me and spent a lot of time with a thorough walk through about the reason not to let gas get low in car, how to check oil, check tire pressure, and change the windshield wipers. I had shown all of this in the past but this time she said to me, I shouldn't let my gas get low, should I? And that saves us over $2,000. So, Bob, thank you so much for being so kind.
