I wrote to the company and after they investigated (a matter of an hour) I received a reply which blew me away, it was courteous and they had investigated the situation thoroughly and to my surprise offered me a half price trip when I next go to the airport. Prior to this incident I would have recommended them anyway but after I will not use anyone else. This company obviously wants my business now and in the future and care for their customers.
