As my case was dismissed due to lack of evidence, under state law every bit of my property seized by the police was to be returned, and I was assured by my attorney, Matthew Coxe, Jr., that he would personally see this responsibility to fruition. He did not. Once he was paid, he became non-existent. Now, after almost TWO YEARS have gone by, one trip all the way back to the Coxe Law Firm in North Carolina, AND given the run around with many, many dismissive phone calls, I have finally realized they will never retrieve my property as they promised. This law firm is not to be trusted under any circumstances. While they were less expensive than the rest, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
