Close to home is the ONLY reason we bothered coming here. Every Dr. thinks my foot nerve damage is gout, and several prescriptions caused more pain and internal bleeding. My son suffered extreme pain from Osgood-Schlatter Disease, the MORON Dr. asked him to jump so he could check! What an absolute heartless, brainless idiot! My son screamed in pain and shock. Receptionist are always nice though.

It left me in the cold. The Physio then managed my Workcover but when Physio finished I had no medical support. Today I went to the Clinic and the regular GP was away. I got another bloke who could not care less. Just fobbed me off. Never took any interest in my injury or recovery and didn't even ask what support I needed. Interrupted repeatedly and told me to go back to the Physio. I am absolutely beside myself to have been left without any medical care. They have all my records on their file but don't want to care for me. I strongly suggest to you that you go elsewhere for treatment. This place just wants the medicare dollars and bugger you the patient. My score 0.

This is my family doctor(s). The two men who work here are both wonderful, highly competent GPs who…read moredon't fuss around and fix your problems. It's bulk-billed, too, which is a definite plus. No, they won't give you antibiotics for your cold. You don't need them. Yes, they will figure things out, or send you on to someone who can. The receptionists are all very friendly, and take great care to learn the names of the more frequent patients and get to know them. It really makes one feel welcome and less awkward about going to the doctors. Bookings can fill up quickly, so either wake up at 7am and call then for the day, or expect to have a next day appointment. It's not always the case, but best not to gamble.
