The worst customer service ever!!! Ben Rowan who was dealing with my order should be permanently unemployed!! The parcel was incorrectly addressed and never reached me. After waiting over 2 weeks, I emailed the Blackbrook to ask what happened. They said the Royal Mail tried to deliver my parcel and he gave me the tracking number (it was never provided to me before). I went to the post office depot and it appeared that the parcel did not contain the correct address. I emailed Ben showing the error. As a response I received this answer: "I think you are going a little over the top here. It was a simple case of human error, have you never made a mistake ? Perhaps i should have my packing lady flogged - would that appease you ?
