That said, here is my amendment: Many thanks to the owner for coming through for my mother-in-law. Although, bedroom furniture was ordered but not received due to an unforeseen personal circumstance by the owner, she returned what was owed to my mother-in-law. It means a lot to my mother-in-law, who too was recently widowed and identifies with the owners own loss. She hates thinking ill of others and easily gets stressed over negative experiences so it meant a lot to her to get her deposit back after the four month wait. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend and liked the selection of items to choose from. I…read moreended up selecting a bouquet with gerberas, two types of roses and chrysanthemums. The florist was kind enough to call and inform me that she was getting a bigger shipment the following week so I agreed to have the order filled and delivered after she received the new shipment. My friend sent me a picture of the bouquet and it looked very fresh and pretty! I am aware of their policy to substitute flowers for something comparable if they do not have what is needed for the bouquet. I noticed that in the picture my friend sent to me, there were not as many roses (what looks like 3 instead of 7) and gerberas (what looks like 2 instead of 4) as shown on the website so the bouquet was a little lacking in the number of these flowers. I noticed that perhaps carnations were added in place of these missing flowers (carnations are generally less expensive than roses and gerberas). Other than this issue I would order from the shop again and recommend it to my friends as their products were of good value and the florist was personable.
