We show up and our appoint were cancelled. The lady told us her co-worker tried to call but there was no answer so she cancelled it. My question is why didn't she leave a message so I could call back? I screen all my calls because of telemarketers. Net point I'd like to bring up is that there was absolutely no accountability. No apologies, in fact she was giving us attitude. Not acceptable. Certainly not professional. We walked away very upset and she didn't even try to do anything to correct the situation. I'm very dissatisfied with the entire situation.

Asked her multiple times to use more pressure & she would for a minute or 2 then go back to basically rubbing oil into my skin. She also finished 8 minutes early. Waste of almost $100. When I talked to the owner about it all she offered was for me to come back in 2 days for another massage that I would still pay for (for her bad work ethic, sad right?) she would take a measly 20% off the extra money I would need to spend. No way I am throwing more money to you this week when I should have only needed one in the first place. My boyfriend said a refund/ partial refund or free massage should have been in order. She said she would call me the next day to talk about a resolution. She never bothered to call me back.. Pathetic. You just lost at least 2 customers. Too many good massage places in Red Deer to gamble with crap service & a "massage" that didn't do anything. I should have walked out in the first 5 minutes.

She was very twitchy/jerky during my massage, I did not enjoy the massage. Unfortunately I will not be going back because of my experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because there was nothing wrong with the facility and the receptionist was friendly.
