It's funny to see the negative comment about Integrity Process Serving & Investigative Sourcing Inv…read morebecause at the time of the comment being left , the business was already closed down for several years. Secondly, this Process Serving Company has ALWAYS went above and beyond and was even registered with NAPS and was certified through their classes and others regulating Process Servers in the Upstate area. The so called "Guy" you claimed was a complete screw up and didn't know how to do his job was the very guy that put many process servers in Broome County out of business so please spare me with the FAKE REVIEW! Last but not least, I was the PRESIDENT of IPS INC so nice try, but definitely the wrong guy! Enjoy leaving your fake reviews buddy. Have to stay on him to make attempts and the affidavit from him. Due to his mess ups and sloppy work, my civil lawsuit case has been sitting and the Judge refuses to let me serve the defendant by publication due to his sloppy work. Below is the email that I sent to the owner of this company, Donna Goff. I requested a reply to my…read moreemail and subsequent text message. Both went unanswered for two days now. I followed up the text message with additional pictures of more dirt that was discovered when my sister went to the home to conduct a deep cleaning of the kitchen (something that we paid Mountain Aire Cottage Care to do for us). Donna ignored my texts again. I would highly discourage the use of this company should you wish to be treated fairly and to receive quality service. The photos were taken after this company had two attempts to perform the superior cleaning service that they claim to perform. Tue, Jul 21, 1:54 PM (2 days ago) to mountainairecottagecare Hi Donna My name is ******. I am ********'s brother and also your customer as it relates to the cleaning of 36 Mountain View Estates. I understand that my sister has been in touch with you regarding our dissatisfaction with the Top to Bottom cleaning that your team performed. I also understand that after the cleaning was performed, she needed to request a return visit to the house for additional cleaning as the stove and refrigerator were not moved and the doors and door frames were still dirty, all item that we discussed on the day we all met at the house. This past weekend, I was back in town to begin painting the house. While preparing to paint, I found the following: Layered dirt on tops of door frames and window frames, meaning it wasn't from settled dust, it was built up over a period of time Dirt and hair on the baseboards Dirt and hair on the radiators Cobwebs in the corners on all of the rooms and on the ceilings in the bedrooms Cobwebs on the windows, in particular the master bathroom window where it was evident that the curtain had not been even moved for the window to be cleaned as cobwebs were attached to the window and curtain. Layered dirt on top of both shower stalls Collection of hair in the corner of the master closet behind fire extinguishers that were in the same place as they were on the day of the walk through To state on your service contract that your goal is your customer's satisfaction but to text my sister that we received fair value for the price we paid is a disconnect. Furthermore, while I agree there will always be "dirt to be found" as you stated in your reply to my sister, the amount of dirt that was found and the ease in which it was is also a disconnect. We do not believe that we received fair value. You are a business owner who needs to stand behind your customer satisfaction goal. You stood in our mother's home-to-be and looked us in the eyes and promised that you would prepare the house to our expectations. The process of moving my mother after my father's recent and sudden passing has been grueling. Needing to debate the level of cleanliness one should expect from hiring professional cleaners is adding to the misery and quite honestly disrespectful. After all, we paid for items that were checked off on the service agreement that were not performed. I am kindly requesting that you reconsider a refund since I had to clean after the two attempts your team made in order to begin the painting process. At this point there is no point in asking you to send people back again as I already cleaned the house to the level of which we all originally agreed upon. I am making this request based on principle. I await your response.

Over the years there have been different girls coming and each one of them have been very friendly, and knowledgeable about cleaning different surfaces and areas of their home! Donna runs a tight ship! With the onset of Covid they went above and beyond to educate themselves and provide Covid approved cleaning solutions. They clean every 2 weeks all while wearing extra PPE! That alone was such a relief for me! They do for my parents what I cannot do living out of state. Aside from the work done, Mountain Aire Cottage Care provides me with peace of mind, and that alone is worth so much!

When confronting them she wouldn't honor their own website. And let's talk about the price being over $425 and they didn't do a good job cleaning (more of a spot cleaning). They showed up in a 4 door sedan??? Where's all your cleaning supplies?? Think for the price they charge they would have more cleaning supply's than the homeowner!! Would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Super disappointed

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM - BEWARE OF FEE CHANGING AFTER THE SERVICES ARE COMPLETED!!…read moreWe used this firm to complete our 2014 personal tax return. We had agreed upon a fee (IN WRITING) prior to the services being performed. Our accountant, Scott, made several errors to the return, which luckily I caught prior to filing. Once the return was finally error-free, we filed and about a month later, we received an invoice for over THREE TIMES the agreed upon price!! Apparently we are being charged for the extra time it took for our accountant to fix HIS MISTAKES!! We are currently disputing the excess charges with the firm but they are threatening to send us to collections over this matter. Please don't get into this same mess that we are in with them - it has been months of going back and forth with them trying to resolve this issue fairly for the amount we agreed to pay in the first place. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to a more ethical firm!!
