The owner does not honor warranties because he doesn't want to do the work. He's a straight up…read moreliar and a fraud. The manufacturer told him to honor the warranty on my engine and used a lame excuse that I have to give him receipts of all the maintenance and oil changes on it when the manufacturer didn't even request it. 90% of the people I know change their own oil and filters and do their own maintenance. He's also rude to customers. His little helper is just as bad. I do not recommend this company at all. They took me for $5000.

Then it stopped and started intermittently. Five minutes later a wider more forceful spray came out at a disconnect fitting. I immediately stopped the machine. I emptied the tank and returned to using just the vacuum function to gather the water it had dumped on the carpet. I went over the entire half of the carpet that had been cleaned before the fitting failed, wrapped up the cord, and I am preparing to return it to Headley Hardware. I should have gone to the place that has never failed to have quality, well maintained equipment. I was trying to save gas and give a local retailer some business. Never again. Oh, and the machine tank reeked of cat piss!
