The first time I entered this location I was incredibly nervous as the shop was very busy. Tim understood that and still took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this location. The players here are all very welcoming and kind as well.

This is a Games Workshop Brand store, they sell Fantasy and Sci-Fi miniatures for gaming as well as…read morepaints and hobby tools. before I start this review I would like to say that I used to enjoy coming here a few months ago, everyone was friendly and the store was really clean. that changed a few months ago. The shop has a whole range of tools for modeling and painting under the "Citadel" brand. while they are decent tools, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. a pair of clippers will run you 40$ without tax, paints will cost you about 6$ a pot for about 12ml of actual paint, and a small bottle of plastic glue is about 10$. the pricing for tools and glue is very expensive and for this reasons i looked for alternatives. i found cheaper tools and glue for a fraction of the price, so i could buy more miniatures. This did not please GW, the manager of the store asked me to leave for having a bottle plastic glue out that wasn't "Citadel" brand. even though every time I'm in there I buy something to support the store. i found the store to be trying to rope in newer customers and push people away from there store who have experience in models and have their own tools. The store has completely turned me off from buying any Citadel products and has off put me from continuing to support their brand. I do NOT recommend newer customers or parents researching this hobby for their children go into a Game Workshop store, The way they treat their Customers is horrible, they drive out anyone looking to save a bit of money and demand that you be loyal only to them. if you wish to play Warhammer then I highly recommend looking for a Independent retailer. they are MUCH better then Corporate Games Workshop stores.

Good idea to have a date night special for food and games: by the time Friday comes around we're usually too lazy to cook because we're exhausted! What better place to unwind, playing board games on the huge tables is most convenient but the smaller tables are more cosy. Nice selection of games too and good advice about what games to play and HOW to play them! I like it that they added some local games / locally designed games, nice touch. The place was filled with cards and sports memorabilia of all kinds and years. It wasn't separated by sections but it was kinda fun that everything was all around as we got to take a look at a bunch of cool things! The man working there (who I later asked was the owner of that location for the past 12 years) was enjoying some curling on TV as we browsed through. He was friendly during the checkout process and we all made some friendly banter. We will definitely be visiting back there again!

I asked the owner one question about a certain subset of cards, and he was immediately dismissive and rude. It was as if he didn't want me there, and the place was empty save for one guy buying Pokémon cards. The lack of business is probably attributable to the rude service. Unsurprising, as the place looks like a hoarder's garage of boxes.
