1 star because the pizza was good and I appreciate the side of ranch, but we dont recommend this place as customer service was terrible. Cook was NOT wearing a face mask!! I didnt notice until the end otherwise I would have walked out. This is obviously a family business however I wish they would treat their restaurant like a business and not their family/friends gathering place. When we got there there was several adults and several preteens wout a face mask. They were putting up some xmas decorations and only one server was wearing a masks but all adults and teens kept going behind the counter. We placed a togo order and sat while it was prepping. I decided I wanted to add a coffee so I stood at the counter to order an additional item, I waited but they seemed more worried about their decorations to even notice me. I sat back down and said nvm. An old man approached the employee to ask where the restroom was, without the employee even looking at the man she just pointed. The place doesnt have much lighthing so the old man stood there confused as the way to the restroom was dark...the lady never looked up to ask the man if he needed further assistance..the poor old man just slowly made his way. The employees/family/friends putting up the decorations were using the tables from the restaurant...not a ladder or stools so i hope they wipe those down. My last nerve hit after I saw the cook not wearing a face mask bring out the order behind the counter. I stood anxiously trying to get the heck outa there and nobody would hand me the food...I had to ask the employee if they could please give me the food as again they were more preoccupied in their own gathering then attending their customers...increadibly unprofessional.
No recomiendo, el cocinero y varios de los empleados, familia, amigos no usan cubreboca. Parece reuinon familiar mas que restaurante, no le ponen atencion a sus clientes. Entiendo que sea negocio familiar pero antetodo es negocio. La pizza estaba buena mas de haber sabido que el cocinero no usaba cubreboca no hubiera pedido. Sali bastante molesta porque andan mas preocupados en poner decoraciones de navidad que en ponerle atencion a sus clientes. Si no son capaz de hacer las dos cosas al mismo tiempo, eso se hace entonces al cerrar...tambien en tiempos de pandemi todos deberian usar cubreboca adentro de el restaurante. read more
