Kyle is the best in the game. If you need a piercing, this is where you need to come. I came here last year to get a helix re done (one he didn't do) and a few others. I wanted my double helix closer together and was told at another place it couldn't be done. One ended up getting so irritated I took it out to prevent infection. Kyle let me know it could be done close like I wanted and put in the hoop like it was nothing. Those ball rings can be a pain Kyle also takes the time to educate clients on piercings (why you shouldn't or can't get one) as well as give advice on what would look good together (I have multiple on each ear). Thanks, Lea Ellen! I came to the studio conflicted on what I wanted to do. I knew that I wanted something that represented my tiki fraternity and had several different images n mind. My artist was (and will be) Blake Cranford. He looked at my images, listened to what I wanted, knew I liked "old school" tattoo styles and got to work. Blake designed a tattoo that embodied the spirit of my group, a great use of the imagery and kept it very old school. He knocked it out of the park! I am VERY happy with my new tattoo. Amazing experience, amazing people. Came to get my first tattoo with my mom from Katie, all the way from Dallas. They were all gracious and kind- a change from the shops I was used to in Texas. Every single artist was kind, and my tattoo is absolutely perfect. Traditional style, vivid colors, and an original design. I could not have asked for a better experience. Katie made me feel comfortable, let me chat with her, and did an amazing job. Although my tattoo may not be everyone's taste, I have not heard a negative thing about the quality, because the talent shines through. It can be pricey here- but not overly so. When it comes to tattoos, it's a one time investment and you get what you pay for. If you don't think your tattoo was expensive, it's too cheap! It was worth every penny. Watched one artist going through his startup procedures and he changed out his gloves 8 times to ensure there was no cross contamination with the products he was using. Their crew is polite and helpful in the consultation process so that their patrons are the most happy. Really relaxed atmosphere for those waiting around as their loved ones get their tattoo. Great place! Very professional and clean, wonderful atmosphere too. Very friendly staff. Got my nipples done by Kyle and he did a wonderful job. Was very informative about aftercare, etc. He said 6-8 wks follow up to change the jewelry. So reasonably priced on top of it all! Only $60 for both tits, and $20 for both barbells when I return! Went to Black Cobra for a piercing based on reviews I read on Yelp. Was my first time in the facility, and even though they had very good reviews, I was a little skeptical until I walked in the door. The facility was clean and the employees were very helpful and professional. I was greeted by a very professional woman, who initially assisted me with the appointment/paperwork, etc. The guy who did the piercing, Kyle, was also very professional. He was very accurate in his work to ensure the job was done right and he educated me on what to expect afterwards and procedures for cleaning my piercing. Most importantly, he used sterilized piercing tools/materials! That's an A+ in my book! I consider this a clean, safe, professional business and will definitely recommend to my friends! read more
