This store is on the first floor, and I felt a calmness upon entering through the door. The employees are very attentive, and one of them warmly greeted us as we walked in. She told us the main items that were in each room, so to give us a general lay of the land. She asked if there was anything specifically that she could help us with, and I told her that we were just looking, for now. with that, she told us that any of the employees would be able to help us if we needed assistance. We walked around through every room, and at least one employee in each of the rooms (4) came to us and asked if we needed help finding anything. I asked about black obsidian and clear quartz crystals, and I was shown items in two different rooms. I liked that I was shopping in person, rather than shopping via online, because I can personally see the crystals and get a good idea of whether or not those are actually the ones for me.
