Paul Milligan, their CEO, was very unprofessional and not at all customer focused.
They recently changed their policy regarding the dolphin swim. You used to get a partial refund if you didn't end up swimming (because there were no active pods). But now you just get a voucher for their nature cruise. Totally useless if you are visiting NZ (5 out of the 6 of the people on the tour were not from NZ).
We asked if they could instead provide another dolphin swim tour. Paul said no and laughed in our faces.
