I picked something very simple, a road sign from just outside the town I grew up in. I went into my session here not having too many expectations. I figured it would just be a quick hit and run tattoo which is always fun. When I got to the shop I explained what I wanted. Terry did an amazing job creating my tattoo! The amount of detail he put into designing it was incredible. I was expecting a green square with the word Fred in it and what he developed looked like a perfect road sign. I could go on and on and its clear I cant say enough good things about Terry and I think if you are considering using him for your next tattoo you should move on it as he is a great artist. NVS-Ink itself is a great shop! You wont walk in and find tacky walls of generic flash. The walls here are covered in art work, which I believe is also all for sale if you are interested. The nice reclining leather chair I sat in while my tattoo was done was very comfortable. I've been in some not so comfortable tattoo chairs before and its nice to know that they definitely seem to care about the customers comfort here. I cant stress how clean NVS is! It is probably the best smelling tattoo parlor I have ever been in! This was one of the best Tattoo experiences I have ever had and I glad to say I will definitely be going back for more work from Terry! I would suggest you all rush out and get a tattoo here.

I visited the spa to get a syringe of lip filler. This was my first time ever to get this type of…read moreservice and went into it expecting a great experience. That did not happen. I paid for and received a fully syringe of lip filler and was told/ promised that my lips would seem too large immediately after, but within a few days my lips would eventually look more normal. I was not given instructions or information on what type of filler was used nor how to care for my lips after. Even immediately after, my lips were not gorged nor "too" plump. I had bruising and by the 3rd day whatever plump I had went away. I text the salon and asked to make an appointment for a touch up, which was offered by Lisa the injector. I was told if I wanted a more "plump" look I would have to buy another syringe of lip filler at regular cost, no discount. I sent in pics of before and after and they doubled down and said they couldn't do anything for me until I went in. Several times Natalie the manger told me that they offer the "natural" look and that is what they see in my pictures. Well, I feel like my lips today, which is almost 2 weeks, do not look like I had any filler at all. The salon did not do anything to try to get me to come in so they could rectify the problem. They said to come back and then they would decide what the next step would be ----- I could just hear them tell me one more time "you do have the natural look". I decided not to return and will be asking my credit card to reject the transaction.

The issue was with the front desk and the lady in charge of billing. They have no clue of what they are doing or they act like it . On the front desk. They charged me a copay that i should not have paid, I asked the lady in charge of billing to please call my insurance to verify as the day before when I went for my appointment they asked me for a copay. I went back to the office with insurance paperwork to show them my coverage she refused to look at it and to call the insurance company. They claim they take a deposit , what the he'll for that has never happens to me before. They kept insisting I have a big deductible when I don't. I just got irritated and cancel all my appointments. They did not seem to care. What has happened to customer service these days. Cant deal with unprofessional people. Will find another doctor.
