    I had high expectations for this venue, I trusted this place to hold our wedding at and now I find…read moremyself completely regretting that decision. The venue is beautiful but unfortunately the staff did not deliver as promised. Looking back, my event was not given as much importance as it should of had. We promptly provided them with the itinerary, sitting chart, insurance confirmation, and the songs for every dance, I mean everything they asked for, was given to ensure that the wedding went as we desired and planned for. A month before, we had a meeting to discuss every detail of the wedding with who was supposed to be the coordinator of our event, which was Linda. Mind you, we have sent the itinerary and everything else weeks before; Linda was oblivious to any of the documents I've sent the staff but conveniently had only printed out the insurance confirmation. We verbally repeated every detail of our itinerary and decoration arrangements, which we assumed that everything was acknowledged and understood. The day of our wedding, staff was struggling to find the table numbers which prompted Linda to tells us that we never brought them, they were provided at the rehearsal but if they couldn't find them we suggested them not to do the assigned seating to avoid any confusion, but it seemed that our suggestion caused her to be irritated at us, even after they were able to find them. Also, we made arrangements with a vendor for our wedding cake who arrived and while she waited for my family member to give her instructions on the decoration, Linda dismissed her immediately and told her she would have somebody arrange it for her, which she didn't do. When told that she shouldn't have done that it was an independent business she said that the lady had been "waiting for a long time" and she decided to let her go, yet the cake was not set up at all. We understand it is very stressful being in charge of event preparations but this matter was not on her tasks, all she needed to do was let us know where the cake goes and let the cake vendor handle the rest as we had agreed previously. Sadly, the problems didn't end there. Unfortunately during the wedding: the dj played a random song for one of our dances, at the cocktail hour my guests were treated poorly when they made their way to the sitting area however there were no signs indicating that the area was closed as previously agreed. We ended up not cutting the cake because Linda refused to save part of it and told me they couldn't do that due the table not being "big"enough to fit both parts. In order to avoid conflict, I told her I would have a family member cut it and all I needed was for them to pass it around, which Linda also refused. Annoyed at my requests, she rudely asked me how much cake I wanted to be saved, tired of her attitude I told her to forget it, that we weren't going to cut it. After the party the cart that was supposed to help my guests descend safely to the parking lot (super important since I have elderly and physically impaired family members), with my grandmother and my impaired aunt already seated in the cart, they were instructed to get down because apparently time had ran out and they couldn't transport them despite not having discussed a time limit of this service in previous meetings. In short, everything that happened was very disappointing it was supposed to be a very happy and enjoyable experience for us and for our guests. I know things don't always go the way you planned them, but I would expect the venue staff and coordinator Linda to all be on the same page with their protocol and procedures but the staff would contradict each other. It would have alleviated some confusion if the information reviewed, during the multiple meetings held, would have been implemented. Furthermore, even the attitude we received doesn't hold as much relevance with us but treating our loved ones poorly is truly unacceptable, that is something we can't dismiss. We hope this venue takes feedback like ours seriously, people choose this place to celebrate the most important times of their lives, they should be able to remember it with fondness and gratitude instead of leaving with a tainted memory.

I hosted a success seminar for the orphans of Tijuana this last Saturday and I was so surprised at the amount of service that was included for our price. The staff was even making sure the children were safe, which was way beyond the already amazing service team provided. There were a team a chefs preparing and serving the food, a staff member serving the kids the sodas and juices, an amazing DJ and tech specialist Pablo..And wow should I keep going? Yes!!! ... I called 10 other venues around Tijuana looking for my event, and before I even took the trip to the "Los Jardines Voga" location, the staff members who answered my phone call were soooo helpful, and they also spoke English!!! I have been to events in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, the nicest hotels in the USA, and I am so happy and amazed by this experience. It doesn't matter it it's a seminar, a wedding, a Quinceanera, I would highly recommend using Voga eventos for your needs. PS... This is a video of this gorgeous venue with out any decorations. He estado en eventos en Beverly Hills, Hollywood, los mejores hoteles en los EE.UU., y estoy muy feliz y sorprendido por esta experiencia. No importa que sea un seminario, una boda, una Quinceanera, recomendaría encarecidamente usar Voga eventos para sus necesidades. PS... Their prices are good and you won't feel ripped off. You will be happy. The rooms are a nice size and kept up. The maid service is great. The staff is super and can guide you if this is your first time to Tijuana. I love the place to eat here. It is just the best. They have traditional Mexican food which is outstanding and they also have great American food. We love their pancakes and eggs. Their tacos are great as is any fish dish. They have bottled water in the room, which is a must. Do not drink tap water anywhere in Tijuana. The location is great. It is within easy walking to many fun spots, including shopping. The rooms are super clean and although it can get loud outside, the inside is quiet and comfortable. It even smells great. You will love it. Have fun.

Prices have doubled since coming here first. Points went from 5k to 8k- please don't up it any more :). Guest profile has changed and with it more English speaking staff. US workers in scrubs moonlighting on the weekend, patients over from US for medical procedures, catering to this new clientele has made this hotel busier and a little more pricey than before. I wonder how they will compete when the Westin opens right next door? Location is truly perfect, it's an easy drive from the U.S. made easier now with the hotel and gastronomy zone signs as you cross the San Ysidro border. The hotel offers covered, gated underground parking for your car. It feels secure and I've never had any issues or incidents (touch wood) ever. Breakfast is included with your stay and has improved over the years, not that it was ever bad, they just offer a much larger and quality selection than before and restock often, again being more busy I imagine helps with that. Staff are always great , very helpful, and bilingual. If the bar ever looks unattended it's because they often double at reception. Just look to the front desk for assistance. For a Hyatt place - it's one of the best - that's why we keep coming back, better than the San Diego counterparts. Adrian, at the breakfast station is our favorite staff member. He's always so helpful, attentive and he deserves a shout out. I would love if they made Pozole on Saturday mornings - but alas it's a Sunday morning treat. Having it on Saturday too would be the icing on the cake. Something to work on: I enjoy a late checkout and appreciate not being disturbed. Do not disturb sign on the door doesn't mean they won't knock, or try to come in. Housekeeping should observe this request, even if they are being nice and checking to see if you need more towels. If you like clean, they are obsessively clean - occasionally the chemicals bother me in the lobby but I appreciate their attention to cleanliness. Overall solid 4 star rating.

Super flexible and easy to work with in every way!!! Opted for picking up chairs and dropping off chairs and worked with us on both instances. Easy to communicate and quick to reply with convenience to pay electronically. Thanks again and will definitely use again and refer my family and friends !!!
