And then my wife and I go away for the winter. So there were no cars driving on the driveway. And the plow guy plowed it twice. When we returned to our home in the early spring, we found that all the sealcoating had come off of the driveway. William Stanley the owner of the company, refuses to do anything about it. Seems to me that sealcoating should last more than 6 months. Especially when nobody drives on it. And there was no salt or any other chemical applied to the driveway. Please, do not use this company. There are other companies out there that I'm sure would honor their work. If I could have put zero Stars I would have. But you have to give at least a one-star.

Have called several times, at one point reached them and said we were "still on the list" at the end of the summer, but haven't received a call back since. It was a small job (compared to our larger, pricer job in the past) but every customer should be treated as if they are important, and a call to say they ran out of time would have sufficed. I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.

First Response Tree Service Inc. Will be my first choice for all my tree work!…read more I can't say enough about Tim and his crew. I called Tim for a quote just over a week ago, he immediately responded and scheduled a time to meet at my house, once here, he took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish, he conducted a brief site survey and provided me with 3 options aimed to set my mind at ease. Tim and his crew are professional, friendly, and man do they do good work! Tim had a cancelation and was able to schedule me in a week early. Today was go day! Tim and his crew called to let me know they were on their way, once here they reviewed their game plan and a few hours later I had 6 problematic trees taken down. This team far exceeded my expectations. Being budget conscious I opted to only have the trees taken down, not only did they qoute me an incredible price, Tim and team neatly cut my trees into manageable sections and neatly placed in an area away from traffic! They even used a blower to ensure my driveway was free of any debris. I called on many people in the business, and I found a few decent options, good people, with competitive pricing, I also had few that I called on that never called back, and who scheduled an appointment and never showed up, not even a call to cancel. Tim and his team checked all my boxes! * Expirenced/knowledgeable * Licensed/insured * Outstanding work ethic * Professional/Friendly * Excellent communication * Fair/flexible * Timely I spent a lot of time vetting the options and my wife and I are extremely satisfied. And know we have our go to crew for our future Tree felling, stumping and cleanup needs.. I hope I can save anyone in the Bangor and surrounding cities & towns time by choosing First Response Tree Service. You won't be disappointed. To The First Response team... Thank you! Best Regards!
