The young lady that I dealt with on my lens prescription was very informative and gave excellent customer service. The cashier was awesome, very friendly and was chatting with us, very informative also. She checked us out and we left . We went to lunch and I went to look at my invoice and I notices it did not show my vision insurance copays. I called back to the office and spoke with a nice man, named Darrin. He got my info, looked up my account and said they did not have my insurance info in their system, he got what he needed and said he would get with the optical department. I got a call this morning, he told me everything had been entered and yes, I was due a refund and he could credit my card right then if I could give him some info. He ran the card while I was on the phone with him, told me how much everything was and this $$ was my refund back to my card. He apologized for the office's error. I just want to tell the whole office staff and to Darren , Thank You for your Prompt service of correcting this error. I arrived and they told me I've already picked them up. I stated no I couldn't have I'm the only authorized person. I looked at the signature and it wasn't mines at all. They proceeded to tell me well it's nothing we could do someone else from the family could have gotten it I stated I don't have FAMILY here it's just me. She stated I NEEDED to call my insurance and they will replace it. I said it's not my fault to do all of this it's you all. Overall I only come here for an exam and take my prescription else where. The First Lady desk when you walk in was no help either. The desk reps are amazing

The problem is the…read morefront support staff... my appt was at 3:20- I showed up 20min early, yet DID NOT WALK out the door until almost 6pm!! It seemed a bit disorganized and the staff were flustered over a patient record being misplaced, causing someone to be there an extra hour... Never have I had an exam take this long from start to finish; I spent a lot of time sitting waiting to see the DR. This is all after my appt was rescheduled two days prior - they say they called me and left a message, but I have no missed calls or messages from them. I would make sure that if you come here, make sure you plan a little extra time.

He is truly trying to make things right but I did not change my review immediately. I wanted to make sure that they were actually making these changes at the employee level, not just talking about them. I've seen some better courtesy from their employees and I think some of my concerns have been addressed. Not sure I'd say they are four or five starts yet, but they are better and maybe will get there if they continue to work to change their culture a bit. Worth a look if you need eyeglasses and can afford a higher price for better service than the big box stores, or if you have insurance they take here.

My wife called in payment earlier, but did not have the card ran until the exam was complete. when it was the lady ran the number and said it declined even tho I know We had $ on it to speed up the process I gave her My ATM . she said that declined . I know there was plenty of $ to cover the charge But to get out of there I gave her my credit card and that declined . I asked If they could bill me . she said I would have to go to the bank and get the $ or give back the prescription. I'll obviously I gave it back. I told her there was plenty money in the account. She said the problem was not on her end so what she is saying is I intentionally went in there to get the eye exam and not have the money to pay. mind you guys this is $49 and I have insurance I left without my prescription that the Dr. gave me. I gave it back to her all in front of other costumes publicly shaming me for her mistake. later she called my wife and said it was their card reader she ran her own card and it still declined
